Delete Your SuperCampus Account

Account Deletion & Data Privacy

You can ask us to delete your SuperCampus account and personal data at any time, as provided under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Use the form below, or email dev@supercampus.ai from your registered email address.

Deleted or Anonymised

Your sign-in access, password and all signed-in sessions
Push notification tokens and device details
Profile details such as your photo, phone number and preferences
Your wallet PIN and recovery word
Notification history and help requests you sent

Kept by Your College or by Law

Attendance, marks and results
Fee payments, wallet transactions and receipts
Gatepass and campus entry records
Hostel and library records, including unreturned books

Services Affected by Account Deletion

Deleting your SuperCampus account ends your authenticated access across the platform. You will no longer be able to access the following campus services:

Attendance & Marks

Your attendance, marks and results will no longer be visible to you in the app.

Timetable & Schedule

You will not be able to view your class timetable.

Gatepass & Campus QR

You will not be able to apply for leave passes or outpasses, or get a campus entry QR.

Hostel & Mess

You will lose access to mess tokens and hostel service requests.

Fees & Payments

You will not be able to view fee details, pay fees online, or open receipts in the app.

Canteen & Stores

Canteen, stationery and laundry wallets close. Use or settle any remaining balance with your college before requesting deletion.

Library

You will not be able to borrow, renew or book through the app. Return any books first.

Still studying at your college?Your college may need your account for official services. If you only want to stop using the app for a while, sign out instead, or check with your college office first.

Account Deletion Request Form

This form prepares an email to dev@supercampus.ai with your details filled in. Your request reaches us once you send that email, and nothing is deleted before we have verified that the account is yours.

Understanding the Account Deletion Workflow

Your account is issued by your college, so a deletion request goes through these steps:

We confirm it is you: we reply to your email to make sure the request comes from the account holder before anything is deleted.
Your college is informed: so that pending items such as library books or unpaid fees can be settled.
Your account is deleted: you are signed out everywhere, your account and notification tokens are disabled, and personal data we are not required to keep is deleted or anonymised.
